As we approach the end of 2020, business confidence looks to be increasing with many industries performing well and most lockdown restrictions now removed.
NCI’s latest Trade Credit Risk Index reported a sharp decline in credit risk, mainly due to lower incoming claims and collections activity, plus a reduction in Insurer credit limit actions.
Internally at NCI, we are getting ready to launch our new online portal that will replace NCINet. The new system will make the management of your policy quicker, easier and will provide better decisioning and ‘live time’ updates. Personally, I am excited to share these developments with clients in December. The new NCILink will be the best Trade Credit Insurance broking platform globally!
